I'm not sure what you're talking about, but WOW has never throttled Usenet. I get max download speeds from my Usenet provider all the time, and it doesn't matter what pipe I may be connected through.

Canton, MI		 like i said, this just started happening this week. customer service is useless. they wouldnt even reset my IP for me.
