You can reconfigure you existing newsreader if it supports SSL or install an add-on if it doesn't.

I use Grab-it and when I use Astraweb, I max out my 6 meg service with 8 connections going. When I tried switching to WOW/Giganews, it dropped to about 50K/sec with 4 connections at once. Maybe it's a Giganews problem? |
