Re: That's just wrong..... As a resident of SoCal, you'll be hard pressed to find even a piece of vacant land to build on worth less than $250,000.
On the other side, just because the house may be worth +$500,000, (most in SoCal are), doesn't mean that
A) People are rich (many spend +1 income just to pay mortgage and taxes) B) They have money. Some may have bought the house back in the 90's or earlier for -- Canada = Hollywood North |
