"Pretty sad when a company is more concerned about there modem than life"

Even though the fire is not AT&T's fault, companies usually defer payments due to extreme circumstances beyond the customers control. The reason why is because people already have enough to worry about during a catastrophe.

It's also bad for business when a company does something like this.
