On the earlier thread concerning this issue, I did raise the question as to whether the offending CSR was with ATT or with Dish. The answer is now obvious. Given the stress that the customer was under, it is understandable that they did not snap that they had been transferred to Dish. Not sure that ATT's response was primarily saving face as it was to tell what really happened, but that may be lost to some on this thread.
