My apologies. I didn't see the short generic blurb under "Wireless Carriers Step It Up In Response To Fires". I'm used to seeing AT&T splashed all over the title of these posts when it's something bad. Yeah, the "tiny, underfunded consumer-focused website is being mean to a massive International telecom conglamorate I work for" bit. I've heard it.
That "generic blurb" was also repeated via link in the story above. I also think AT&T actually has some of the best, most approachable PR guys in the industry, and they handled this complaint exceptionally.
