It wouldn't work here

because Matanuska Telephone has a stifling and unworkable 10 GB cap on downloading. They would have to have a dedicated location just for downloading music, otherwise how would my ISP discern between an mp3 or a live streamed feed of an Alaska Aces away game.

Unless Matanuska Telephone lifts the 10 GB cap, I'm not paying for something I don't use anyway.
