Dishnetwork is the worst anything company on the face of the entire planet. Their installtion dept. is decrepit and their customer service reps are even worse. They never know anything. All they do is answer questions and if they can't thy make stuff up. I KNOW BECAUSE I WAS DISH INSTALLATION CONTRACTOR and I used to deal with them 50 times a day. Work orders were never correct, account numbers were wrong, Customer weren't told the correct facts for their installations and it was a losing battle just to deal with all the mistakes.. okay yeah I am venting but I'm not surprised that a Dsih rep would give out wrong information. Oh and by the way... Dish is going down.... way down! And AT&T won't be able to save them.... DirecTV rocks in programming, customer service, equipment. Dish is crap!

In my opinion, from all the experiences I've had with Dish Network, the problems were never with the Dish CSR or policies... In fact, the only problems I ever had were a result of the Contractors.... |
