I'll put any amount of money down that none of said P2P clients discussed support the MacOS platform; nor Linux for that matter.
Secondly, the reason I resort to P2P for music is because the reality is that many of the artists I'd prefer listening to are not on any record labels at all (or at the least, none that would have a presence as far as the RIAA is concerned). What's the point of having unlimited access if it's music I probably don't care to listen to, anyway?
Oh, and let's not forget that the **AA's will want some way to embed DRM to fu** up the whole thing.
