Verizon does end run on Google's complaint

That raised protests from potential competing bidders, like Google Inc. and Frontline Wireless LLC. "We took the position, as did Google and Frontline, that because they (Verizon Wireless) had filed in he courts, they were barred from raising these issues in front of the agency under the law," Feld said.
Well, Verizon found a way around their objections. The CTIA goes to court and Verizon lobbies the FCC.
