Re: Missing Guide Data Well, I take that back. The DVR has program information for channels 1-40 for all 14 days, but if you go to channel 49 and above, it is missing the information like before.

Virginia Beach, VA | Unbelievable, they sent a "stronger" signal to the box, but same problem, but am told I have to wait an hour for the program information to populate. It has populated, it has all populated as "No Program Information" on every channel from 45-900 for 6 of the next 8 days.
But here is the real strange thing, go to scheduled recordings and they are all still scheduled, even though the program name is not there in the guide.... |
