I agree something has been up with RR for the last three weeks. I have mainly noticed that the news servers are running dog slow. My best download from news-server.cfl.rr.com has been around 850KBps but for the last few weeks I am down to 200 KBps. I know this isn't the same as your xbox issue but just shows that something is up with RR.
