It would be nice if that started a trend. As I read it, the offering will allow you to make a Skype to Skype call over their cellphone network for free, even if you have their pay-go service. |

Looks like Skype is teaming up with 3 to run VOIP calls over their network. Apparently they are building a phone specifically for this purpose (though you can already do so using their "X Series" phone). No word on US availability. But if you have friends overseas this would be a perfect way to contact them as incoming/outgoing skype calls will be free.
