Manassas, VA | smooth sailing No problems with Capunet, Covad or GTE.
Ordered DSL on 6/16/00.
GTE arrived as scheduled on 6/26/00.
Covad arrived as scheduled on 7/5/00.
Capunet kept me up to date every inch of the way, even sending the IP address first thing the morning of the Covad install.
Couldn't be better so far...... |

Manassas, VA | Update : Today(8/14/00) I received my Covad rebate, thats only 3 weeks after sending it in. I've been up for over a month with no drop-outs.
Speeds have been good (510-530), except in very peak times when it drops back a bit(400-450).
Capunet made an error on my first bill, I sent an email, and they credited it back within 2 days.
Still couldn't be better.... |
