Well, if they plan on still continuing the program, I would definitely do your homework on it. Wait to see if other VARs have been successful in rolling it out. I think you might not like what you see. Don't be a "test" VAR.
I spent a year marketing the program, and our customers have received notices that their phone and internet services were close to being shut off. The bills were way behind and not being paid.
I'm not sure of the issues that are going on, but 3COM is making a MAJOR mistake by not taking care of their clients with their product. Whether or not they are still in partnership with Capital 4 who they got the program from, this whole things smells horrible. Like I said, I'd let someone else prove it works first.
