Re: 3COM Power of $Zero cancelled? Oh, and check to see if you need to sign two agreements. One for telecom services, and one for the equipment lease. If so, they can default on the services agreement and still come after you for the lease agreement. Bingo! You lose.
Pretty shady if you ask me. This is just one more reason why I hesitate to deal with 3COM.
You don't see Cisco pulling this stuff.
A church I knew had to pay thousands of dollars to both ATT and Qwest to get their own phone numbers back after their bills were not paid. And they HAD been paying their lease. Be careful if you take on this program. Maybe do a test account or something, but for sure have your attorney look over the agreement with a fine tooth comb.
Big companies like 3COM don't mind sticking it to the little guy, but it puts the little guy out of business. Not saying that's what they are doing, but I will make sure it won't happen to me, that's for sure. |
