Re: AT&T ungraded to Norton Anti-Virus Have you just tried uninstalling Norton and then done a good registry cleaning to remove any old leftover security software?
Edit* Well the Norton Removal Tool will cut the job in half you will still need to do some cleaning up. As you made not mention of what version/year of Norton you installed cleaning up could be quick or a long process and if you are unsure about cleaning up old registry entries ask someone that is to help you out.
What was the name of the previous anti-spyware that you had been using?
