Re: Verizon is not that good I have Verizon and Sprint for work and wife has ATT for work. We travel often and find that Sprint is the most improved, with the best data and roaming. Verizon's network is overhyped and ATT drops more calls than any of them.
Sprint's customer support has been an issue but has improved. But I think their network is now better than Verizon. They have many more cellsites than Verizon and have added CDMA to thousands of Nextel iDen sites. It just might be the best network now. Support is their last major issue.
But it doesn't surprise me that retail stores have uninformed sales people. The turnover at stores is higher than wait staff at restaurants. It's a lost cause to train them. |
