All the people at the Verizon store have them stupid blue tooth earpieces stuck in the sides of their heads. Man I hate that, and last time I was there I actually told the guy that was dealing with me to take it out, because he should not take (or make) any calls until he is done servicing me. Worst part is they could not help me. The Verizon store is only there to sell phones. You have to call the 800 number for any customer service issues.

All I wanted to do was upgrade my phone, and when I turned down all the extras, the guy seemed visibly pissed at me. It was worse than buying a new car. No shit, either. Those guys try and sell you EVERYTHING when you go in there. If I upgrade my phone again in the future, I will definitely be doing it on line. -- Petty people are disproportionably corrupted by petty power…

When they first took over cellone here they were a retail only and customer service and repair was in another city. But once everything changed and they moved they became a customer service/repair center too but a helleva long wait with them to even do anything.
