All I wanted to do was upgrade my phone, and when I turned down all the extras, the guy seemed visibly pissed at me.
It was worse than buying a new car. No shit, either. Those guys try and sell you EVERYTHING when you go in there.
If I upgrade my phone again in the future, I will definitely be doing it on line.
