The neighborhood I'm in is ~35 years old, and I have 1.5-3Mbps. Newer areas (1-5 years old) had rt's installed and all had 6Mbps, as there's no new CO's being built. -- Canada = Hollywood North

what i am saying is that they are lazy to upgrade neighborhoods even though they are not in the middle of know where.
