<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/559052"><b>dddane</b></A> : we haven't been able to load youtube here at work, and it's not because it's restricted. it's not that youtube isn't loading, but it's very very slow to the point where you might think it's not loading if you're not patient. (though google works fine... so i'm sure it's of no relationship). <br><br>we've had the routes checked and it was determined to be a routing issue past our 1st level provider and in cogent's route to google.  we contacted google and cogent but they haven't fixed it. it's been 3 or 4 weeks now. ]]></description>
