Smear

I think it's a smear campaign by a supporter or group of supporters of another candidate running, either D or R. No other person running can raise what Ron Paul can unless they take all sorts of dirty money. No other candidate has thousands or real life volunteers handing out information at public events, for free! Paul's polling numbers have constantly risen, he isn't this random old guy yelling at the wall anymore.

I know the campaign would not endorse spamming people. Most true supporters know spamming would just piss off people.

IT'S A CONSPIRACY!!1!!1!!

Read the e-mail; it looks exactly like what I've seen Ron Paul supporters spam forums with all the time. No supporter of another candidate is going to bother with the nutty Ron Paul and his 2% national support.

Latest Gallup has him at 4%, which is not much, sure. There's been a new television and radio advertising push, so we'll see.

My opinion is that this was done by a foolish, over-zealous supporter.
