No, GC is not supporting porting numbers to it. It's in FAQ.

darn i used that as my "home " phone so places didn't call my cell phone. I have a GC account so i will try to start people switching over. But wont grand central station start costing soon(or eventually)?

You could always get a pre-paid cell phone and port the number to it to hold it.
