I just signed up for Charter online today for my new place in Alabama and the lowest tier they offered was the 5mb tier. It was only $14.99 a month, too for stand alone for the first 6 months.

yeah, I know. I hope I can find something cheaper or wait until Bellsouth gets intregrated with AT&T and switch to them.
