I have there 3mb plan but on the 5mb preview until Jan 08. But the thing is a month or so ago. I called in and told them to keep me on the 5mb plan. I didn't want to go back to the 3mb plan. So, would I be upgraded to the 10mb service?
I'm wondering the same thing. Don't know when my 5Mb preview runs out though.
Probably won't upgrade to 10MB if it's not a free upgrade anyway, as I'm to cheap to pay much more than $40 a month for just internet.
