i agree... Don't sign up for a 'chance to win a car'. At the bottom of one of those 'free' chances, there's a disclaimer that states by doing so, we and any of our business partners (i.e. anyone that we can sell your info to) will be able to contract you, regardless of what's in the 'do not call registry'. Its almost like having to set up a spam email on your pc. You have to setup a cheap VoIP phone to 'garbage collect' on these types of calls.

At a fair in Milwaukee, there was a 'chance to win a PWC' and it required a signature. I thought that was odd.
