One word: BILLING.

I've have to call every month to get them to apply discounts I'm supposed to be getting, and they always tell me it will be fixed by the next bill. It never gets fixed. I decided to just give up because it's only 10 bucks more without the discounts I'm owed, but some people have it much worse than I do.

Eco agreed, its a shame that with this great product that they cant come up with a somewhat average tech and billing dept.
