Just received my notice of price increase, after canceling my service with Look. Always had reliable service, until the beginning of October, when Look dropped my DSL service from Fast mode 3008 Dload to Interleaved Mode at 1728 dLoad. According to Look, I was over capacity on the upload and they were not going to correct the download service. Bell advised me that the problem was inside. Low and behold, after several calls I had my service restored, but since neither company was telling me the truth, I now search for a new ISP. |
