My experience...nineteen calls about slow or down service in eight months. Basically, we did not expect the net to work between 7 and 7 and gave up "It is a rural thing..." we were told. Hey, you guys are from Louisiana where it is poor so be glad with what you have. I heard the ghost of Huey Long in their arrogant voices.
Finally, a supervisor noticed that we had an old router and had never been upgraded. "I m surprised it works at all... any of our employees should have told you that...Guess they mae a mistake" (hahahaha)
