No one can really tell you - it depends on too many thing s like line quality and if ADSL2 can be afforded or available in your area.

If the copper lines are in good shape then you *should* be able to get at least 80% of your rated speed. I get 80-85% (sometimes as much as 90%) of my rated speed at just over 12K feet.
