The second PC should get the cfg file when make tftp request to domain name of the tftp server (e.g. "tftp.viper-deltathree.com").
There are many ways to setup the system with DHCP, DNS and tftp, it is important to verified the setup with the second PC.
In my case, I turned off "using DHCP", assigned static addresses for the PAP2 and the PCs (e.g., 213.137.73.100 and 213.137.73.74).
Making DNS work for Window was most challenging for me. "bind", "PowerDNS" and "Redirect" are free but not easy to use. Even for SimpleDNS I had to edit the ini file to put in server address 213.137.73.74.

danramos : This is what I am trying to do but doesn't work:
I have a laptop with wireless connection and a LAN port. The wireless is connected to a netgear router. This router is not connected to the internet. My wireless connection in my laptop is set up with ICS so the LAN port should share the wireless connection. The wireless connection has this IP address: 213.137.73.74 . Then I am using pumpkin as the tftp server which set to give and get all files. The tftp directory has the cfg file that unlocks the PAP2-VN. I have the PAP2-VN connected to AC and then I connected to the LAN port of my computer. Nothing happens. If I check the IP of the PAP2-VN by dialing ****110# I get 0.0.0.0 However if I connect the PAP2-VN to the netgear router, I get 213.137.73.75 (I guess it takes this IP because the one ending on 74 is already taken by my wireless connection). Do you guys know what I am doing wrong? Please advise. Thank you.
