The issue they say is because i opted for a bundle.
Trust me, If charter had any one else in this area to compete they wouldnt last a couple of months. People are sick and tired of charter jerkin em off. The only problem is its a charter only area for time being. Thats changing but not quick enough.
I thnk its only fair that if a new product comes along you should have the option to change your bundle. How on earth was i to know they would add faster service for 5 more dollars. The bottom line is 60 bucks is 60 bucks bundled or not.I guess its just cause they wouldnt be making any money off the updates from me cause i already pay near 60 for my internet. |

That's exactly why I think that you will be likely to find a csr who will help you if you call back. I've "promotion-hopped" before from one to the other even though it was a bundle. But like I said, if that doesnt work, call retentions. TELL THEM that if they can't do this one simple thing, that you're going to be switching over to Verizon or AT&T (whoever WOULD serve your area IF you had the ability to get DSL) Spoof them, they won't call your bluff. You're not asking for something unreasonable. |
