My current wallpaper. Shot it the morning after Thanksgiving.
Wow, that's one piece of wallpaper you have there! Fantastic shot. Do you put your monitor in portrait mode if it has the capability to swivel 90°?

Anyhow, I like it.
Thank you. I use a laptop but my screen is 1050px high so this photo fits. Since no monitor can display the original in full resolution I will probably print it and use it as literal wallpaper.

Here's another one that I am currently using on my desktop at home and at work. Makes Very nice wall paper. Enjoy! I took it in July 2007, but I don't remember where...except that it was on the coast between Eureka CA and Gold Beach OR! How's that for exact!

I'm currently using this great sunset taken from a boat on the Chesapeake Bay as wallpaper. I used a circular polarizer filter and a 0.6 Neutral Density filter. Then, I used NeatImage in PS to minimize the noise.

Stretching Out
Here's a couple shots I got at the fist HS football playoffs before game time. Thought some of you may enjoy using them as wall paper... They are big so you can size them to fit your computer screen.

Sometimes I'm a little slow ...I just noticed that some people post the pics themselves (to use for wallpaper), while others (including what I've done in the past) post a capture of their desktop with the current wallpaper. I suspect the former is actually the intent of the threads? To post pics that can be used for wallpaper?
Agreed. This is a wallpaper thread.
