If those are the price with cable that's a $5 increase on the 5 meg. And compared to at&t offering of 6 Mbps for $43 a month hardly a bargin. 10 meg for $60 is just a $10 drop. So I am going to assume these are the prices without TV.

Bonne Terre, MO		 Free dialup is never an incentive to go to one over another. Its not like internet is out much. In 2 years I don't think anytime cable has been out it was not out because power was out also..

My former employer touted our DSL as better because he offered 5 hours a free dialup with DSL service.

Really? REALLY?

I don't recall any DSL customer using it by choice in the 26 months I was there. When I had the service, I didn't even have a dialup modem...
