 | Free dialup is never an incentive to go to one over another. Its not like internet is out much. In 2 years I don't think anytime cable has been out it was not out because power was out also.. |

I don't recall any DSL customer using it by choice in the 26 months I was there. When I had the service, I didn't even have a dialup modem... |
