Button prompts for pharmacy/library don't work????

So I've noticed that whenever I try to renew a prescription at the pharmacy or do the same for the local library, the other side does not get the numbers. (or at least doesn't get 'em right.)

Should also mention that my wife's work voicemail system doesn't recognize the # prompts either. She can't access her voicemail from home using the TB/SR phone, she has to use her cell phone instead.

Anybody else notice this too??

This has been discussed in numerous threads --- if you are saying that your DTMF tones are not being recognized by the other party's menu prompts.

The most common fix for this problem is to obtain access to your adapters Administrative area, selecting the Line setting option. Then make sure that the setting for DTMF Tx Method says InBand.

Well, I tried to access the unit via WAN & I was in the 'non-admin' area until I tried to get into the 'advanced' area & now it prompts me for 'username/password' and won't even let me into ANY part of the Linksys interface anymore.

(Yes, I searched quite a while for how to get into it, but nothin' works)

Could TB talk me thru to getting into the Admin area & setting DTMF to inband??

Sorry, I don't have any connection to or dealings with TB --- and I no longer have the "secret info" for getting onto the administrative area of the SunRocket gizmos.

What adapter are you using --- and is it originally from SunRocket or is it a new TB-supplied device?

You may want to consider moving to another provider --- and purchase your own PAP2T-NA (BYOD) to use --- in which case you will control your own registration data and your own destiny.

TBSupport1............never heard back from you after my PM's.......however...

Things are working well lately. Buttom prompts are no problem, even w/ my wife's complicated voicemail menu.
