Sorry, I don't have any connection to or dealings with TB --- and I no longer have the "secret info" for getting onto the administrative area of the SunRocket gizmos.

What adapter are you using --- and is it originally from SunRocket or is it a new TB-supplied device?

The most common fix for this problem is to obtain access to your adapters Administrative area, selecting the Line setting option. (or at least doesn't get 'em right.)

Should also mention that my wife's work voicemail system doesn't recognize the # prompts either. She can't access her voicemail from home using the TB/SR phone, she has to use her cell phone instead.
