I asked about overages, and they specifically said I would be reponsible for any charges.  If I wanted to know my usage, just look at the detail (and add up all the minutes).<br><br>They also confirmed it was affecting a large percentage of customers, and the "engineers were working on it."<br><small>--<br>NOTHING justifies terrorism. We don't negotiate with terrorists.  Those that support terrorists are terrorists.</small>]]></description>
