Re: [Serious] Rememberance Day - A Pittance of Time
On Remembrance day the Clergy (myself included) usually take part on the services at the Cenotaph and at the Legion. This year because it falls on a Sunday, that is not possible.
Next Sunday (Remembrance Day), I plan on playing this Video from 10:55 to 11:00 (it is about 5 minutes long), followed by an immediate 2 minutes of silence.
I plan on talking about heroes and it should segue well into the meaning of the day
I never had any relatives in any of the wars of this country, but I feel a deep connection to the sacrifices these men and women have made.
