Please spare me the personal attacks. It's a legitimate problem and Vonage has had almost a month to fix it. Read the thread - it's not just me.
They do what he said or what you said. If they acknowledge the problem, don't worry about overages.

Or vote with your wallet and leave. You can port your number after all.
