Re: Name..... I have not been able to see the billing page for over 4 months. I asked about overages, and they specifically said I would be reponsible for any charges. If I wanted to know my usage, just look at the detail (and add up all the minutes).
They also confirmed it was affecting a large percentage of customers, and the "engineers were working on it."
