They should also let buy more at Max speed as well not force you to 200 Kbps
And they can then use the additional income to add more capacity to the cell towers backhaul.

I think they would need more spectrum allocated (big $$). Adding backhaul is per site. Adding spectrum is per MTA/BTA.
