Re: WHY NOT,simply Because of safety The first thing I would ask my lawyer would be to subpoena the phone records of the person that hit me, to see if they were on the phone,if so, that would make a great lawsuit. That is how you stop knuckleheads from doing this while driving. I don't care what anyone says, there is no need to use the phone while driving, especially in the city and during peak drive times.
