 Anon | Un- $^@(&*%-ing believable I ordered PSN DSL for my church/office. Like everyone said...experts at credit charging...All thumbs at Internet Service. Everything was fine (and timely) until after NP did the wiring. Long story short, they "built" my account with the wrong IP numbers. Jason must have been sick of my calls, as he finally took the time to solve my problem with NP...after three weeks of nearly nightly calls. I was typing my last bit of disgust, 2.5 hours into the final nite (June 8th) and voila Jason iced it. I fired off the email anyway, and had to chuckle at the response from my sales schlep (Corey Fortuna.) He replied with an account status from sometime in early May, BAD IP NUMBERS et all. Fast Forward.... Friday June 30th the service quit. I was not too alarmed since this was the second Friday in a row that service was interrupted. However last time it happened, the service came back by itself later that nite. I decided to wait until Monday to place a call. They musta hired some new people, as I thought I met them all during my "install" period. The "new" guy inferred that I changed something, and that he could not help me as I had a "firewall" on my system. "What?" was my reply as nothing on my side had changed in the three weeks it actually worked. "Anyway" he said, he would esculate my call to tier two after I rebooted the modem--to no avail. Today (July 5th) I had my office manager place a call for an update. They would not even help her without an order number (I don't even think I have one!?) She conferenced me in via cell, and I proceeded to explode at the inept rookie on the other end. I hung up, but my office manager managed to get them to commit a return call from "Dave" the manager. Fat chance, as Dave never called back. I got home at 5:30 CDT and placed a call to tech support....Whew...There is only one call ahead of me... That was 3+ HOURS AGO, and I AM STILL ON HOLD!!!!!!!
I am going to contact the Wisconsin Attorney General this week. Our AG is a really prick regarding Interstate commerce ala' the Wisconsin / Rose Bowl fiasco. He especially hates "West Coast (AZ!?) types" (crooks!?)

I was hoping that the crappy install process would be overshadowed by the wonderful pricing. Guess me and the Catholic Church are being punished for going by the way of the AZ "devils." | |  Anon | Oh by the way, I was on hold for exactly 5 hours. 5:30 to 10:30 CDT. They claimed they could not help me unless I was in front of the computer. I drove to the site, and yet again placed a call...3 calls ahead of me and only 20 minutes on hold...That was cool!
