Re: Let me see if i understand this Why is my service so abysmal?! I'd love to rave about Charter, but their pathetic performance and frequent outages are really getting on my nerves. Six months of absolutely horrendous service, complaints, etc. Sure, there are times (like an hour ago) when I'll get the full 10Mbps speed for 30 minutes, but the it'll drop to either nothing (my first attempt to reply bombed out and I lost all connectivity) or down to a consistent 512Kbps - 1Mbps.
I'm sure you would agree that you would likewise be as aggravated if you paid $80/mo for something worth $10.
