I have to use 2 cable modems to get 20meg. Retarted Charter just can't put one 20 meg conifg on my modem. Guess what??? I have been running 2 cable modems for over 5months. Please don't tell me the line won't handle it or that I am disrupting neighbors bandwidth. It works and it works fine. I had to buy a dual wan router because Charter doesn't understand that some of thier users actually want good speed and guess what??? they will pay for it happily. But no Charter does meatball upgrades they will upgrade their systems to just be able to give the 16meg. Instead of upgrading for the future and actually doing a speed increase worth a crap. But unfortunately this is how Charter operates. From the very high right to the bottom contractors. They are lackeys. |
