Paying for rr premium (10/1 here supposedly) and only getting between 3 and 8 down usually if I am lucky. I wonder if there is some way that we could set up a class action lawsuit for fraudulent speeds or service? Really screwing us over on this one. Two techs who I knew more about everything than they did came out. " signals are good, must be ok." If this is their answer all the time than they are used to lying by now. I know it's not my end, been building pc's for over 20 years with electronics engineering degree but "tech support" always tries to say it must be the computer. Router has been bypassed, speed checked on two pc's and obviously I keep up to date on spyware so anybody have any idea about what we can do? Don't really have an internet alternative here and tired of takin it in the arse. |
