Unfortunately, you didn't provide the information on how you unlock your PAP2. This makes it hard for readers here to try to help you because we all don't know if the unlocking procedures you took are correct to have unlocked your PAP2.

It sounds like the pap2-vn isn't getting an IP. Pick up the phone and dial 4 stars and then when the guy talks, dial 110#
