They are quite helpful. <br><br>Maybe you are trying to put up some "wrong" chars in the dial plan?  Try a simple dial plan first, can it be sent to InnoMedia? If so then keep trying to add one or two features at a time and upload. When it fails then you found the 'illegal' chars.....<br><br>I have an InnoMedia but it is locked to net2phone, so I can't try anything for you.<br><small>--<br>I am always praying for better answers.</small>]]></description>
